Marsha Murphy Claxton, 70, went home to her Heavenly Father on June 8, 2019. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Murphy and Rena Chafin and brother, Thomas Murphy.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Tom Claxton; sister, Pat Murphy Cannedy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Marsha grew up in Denison, TX but lived the last 33 years in Mobile, AL. She attended Cottage Hill Baptist Church. Marsha retired as the assistant to the vice president of Crown Products in 2017. She loved going on cruises, the Dallas Cowboys, NASCAR and her dog, Sadie.
